Overcome Big Obstacles For Unlimited Profits

By: Scott Magers

DON'T DO EVERYTHING YOURSELF- DELEGATE WISELY

Do you want unlimited profits? Are you wearing every hat in your business? DON'T! If you want to achieve massive growth and have a business that is scalable you must change the way you are currently thinking and operating.

Internet marketing master coach and trainer Rich Schefren of Strategic Profits, Inc. explains that scalability starts with thinking that it's good enough to find systems or other people that can do it as well as it needs to be done to accomplish the objective. It doesn't have to be any better or even as good as you are.

Schefren explains that as you have a problem trying to get it all done by yourself in the beginning, it will only grow exponentially terribly quickly as you become larger.

You start asking yourself constantly, how can this get done without me?

YOUR TIME IS PRECIOUS, WASTE NOT

One of the first things is to not have customers with one-on-one e-mail contact with you. You develop a customer system where even if it was you managing it, it didn't look like it was you. You could then outsource or put a person or system into place easily without having your customer base suddenly upset with you for not being personally available anymore.

Another area is not to be your own Web master. Start outsourcing at first on a piece by piece basis. The best thing is to have things that you know have to be done, but you don't know how to do them so you plug people and systems into place who do know.

A.D.D. TO THE RESCUE

An important advantage has been learned from successful people who have a form of A.D.D. (Attention Deficit Disorder). Once you know this secret, you won't have to have A.D.D. to leverage this hyper-advanced mindset to make yourself much more productive. (More on this is mentioned in Rich Schefren's latest report…)

Also, Rich Schefren advises how and why you should never work without a timer no matter what business task you have tackled, including something you think it would be better for you to do slowly.

Reading how to do something is often not enough, which is why a need a coach to walk you through the process of experiencing it yourself.

It quickly becomes necessary to know all the numbers of your business so you can see what needs to be changed, and whether the change improved anything.

Rich Schefren mentions you can hire people part time on the promise of future profits for them to share in. You don't know what you don't know. Schefren students use specific systems and solutions to always keep progress moving in the right direction. You want to go from unconscious incompetence to unconscious competence so you can do things well and quickly without thinking about it.
